You can post opinions of others all you want, but when you grow up maybe you'll realize how one-dimensional both characters are.

Typical, generic, cut-from-the-same-mold archetypes.

You want superior heroes?

Ramza (Final Fantasy Tactics)
The Prince (Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time)
Solid Snake (MGS series)
Jackie Estacado (The Darkness)

You want superior villains?

Albedo (Xenosaga trilogy)
Kuja (Final Fantasy IX)
GLaDOS (Portal)
Kain (Legacy of Kain series)

Some of them may not be the most popular characters, but they are all fundamentally more developed, unique, and diverse than Cloud, Sephiroth, Kratos, and every other one of those mainestream archetypal puppets.

Opinion: Cloud and Sephiroth are the best characters ever
Fact: They are one-dimensional. You can't call it an opinion if it's right there in front of you.

Day 2's looking good, though. Cloud's eyes seem a bit too...slanty. And far apart.

yeah, the eyes are a bitch to make. i only know how to create and move around primitive figures.

Please, boy. Don't compare your 10 years to my 20. Here's a video game lesson: if you've been playing games for 10 years, you must have heard of Xenogears. Well, the Xenosaga trilogy is a spiritual prequel to that game on the Playstation 2. Albedo, the picture I linked, is the primary antagonist in the first and second game - although he is not the main villain in the trilogy.

The reason you have not heard of him is actually very close to what B said. You have very limited, very narrow tastes. I'll forgive your lack of knowledge on Albedo this time, but before you start proclaiming your finite gaming expertise, play some more games besides the same 5 or so you always keep bringing up.

And also

Not really. I seem to like No More Heroes, Shining Force 2, and Mad World. Which had no commercials. Commercials dont make me buy games.

Never on T.V. But that might be because i dont watch T.V that much either. I just watch my DVD's. I have limited tastes. I know what type of games ill like. Still that guy dont look as cool as sephiroth at all. Not even close. Or cloud. I don't think of them as the best characters in the series to though.
I play more than 5. I own about 40 xbox games 30 ps2 games 20 psp games 20 computer games 20 sega genesis games 20 nentindo games, i own all emulators on my other pc. I own about 10 gamecube. 10 wii.

Well if you judge them based on how they look, that just speaks for itself. Sephiroth is a poor villain because he has little motive, little philosophy. He's a generic "I WANT TO BE A GOD, BOO HOO MY PAST IS A LIE." And Cloud's the same way; he rarely shows emotion, he's only driven by revenge - and not really a meaningful revenge.

Albedo, on the other hand...there isn't enough room in this text box to say how diverse he is. So I'll let this video speak for itself.
