Won't need it at all. The game's going to offer the option of playing with the remote, classic controller, or even the gamecube controller. So there is no dependency on motion control.

Also, I thought you might be interested in this. I'm definitely going to pick it up (although, you already HAVE it for the PS2...so I don't see why you'd get this one, too):

It's just a port, but with a few added characters, items, and battles.
